Viking provides full bookkeeping services including generating monthly financial statements, and reliably managing your financial files to ensure yearly audits go smoothly. Viking also analyzes client’s financial position, providing advice on your operation to ensure profitability. Viking has assisted in the completion of Building Condition Assessments (BCAs), helped with the development of the BCA into an Asset Management Plan (AMP) and then elaborated the AMP into yearly and long-term budgets for various properties.

On your behalf, Viking will prepare and submit required documents to secure loans from private lenders, such as BCAs, Phase I ESAs, AMPs as well as assist in negotiations with lenders.
